Return & Exchange Policy

At Kannauj Attar House, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange policy under the conditions listed below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges if:
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
You have the original proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used perfumes/attars.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
Items purchased during a clearance or sale promotion (unless defective).

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days.
4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
If the return is due to our error, we will cover all shipping charges.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs or video proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
